    Yes our products are tested on the most sensitive skin.
  • Are INGLOT products animal friendly?
    Yes, INGLOT products labelled with V-Label certification are 100% vegan and cruelty free.
  • Are INGLOT products Halal?
    Our O2M nail polishes are certified as Halal due to their ‘breathable’ formula which allows air and water to pass through to the nail plate.
  • Are INGLOT products vegan?

  • Where can I purchase INGLOT products?
    Our products are available for purchase online at inglotmalta.com, and at our retail stores located at The Strand – Sliema, Rotunda Square – Mosta, MINUSONE & MINUSTHREE – Tigne Point, and Zabbar Road – Fgura.
  • I don’t see the product I want to purchase…

  • My voucher expired while your physical shops were closed…
    Great news! We have taken the decision to extend all vouchers which have expired between March 7th and May 31st 2020 until 31st December 2021.
  • How much does delivery cost?
    Delivery within Malta & Gozo is €5.99 for purchases under €50. Delivery within Malta & Gozo for purchases over €50 is free.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We do ship internationally, and shipping costs for international deliveries are calculated at check out and do not include any tariffs and fees which may be applicable on arrival in recipient’s country, should these be applicable.
  • Can I collect my order?
    Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, we are currently not able to allow pick-up of online purchases from any of our stores, in the interest of the health and safety of our clients and team.
  • How long will my order take to be delivered?
    We aim to process orders within 48 hours of purchase, however due to the measures being taken during the COVID-19 crisis, we are not always able to issue all orders within this timeframe. After processing, packages are passed on to our independent courier who aims to deliver within 48 hours within the Maltese islands.
  • How can I pay?
    Payments for online orders can only be accepted online.
  • Where can I find promo codes?
    Special promotional codes and offers are released from time-to-time on our social media channels and via our newsletter. We suggest you follow us on the following channels to access these codes: Facebook (Inglot Malta), Instagram (INGLOT_mlt), and sign up to our newsletter via the bar at the bottom of this webpage.
  • What is your return & exchange policy?
    Due to COVID-19 health and safety guidelines, we are not able to accept the return and/or exchange of any INGLOT product.
  • Can I use my VIP/VVIP/Debutante/Pro card?
    Clients who would like to use these cards online must send us a scan of their INGLOT loyalty card and ID to onlinevouchers@rocsgrp.com to be provided with a personalised promo code to be used at our online store. Such personalised codes are meant to be used by the allocated individual and will be monitored accordingly. The company reserves the right to withdraw any code and card and investigate any suspected abuse.
  • Will my online purchase obtain points my loyalty card?
    Obtaining points on loyalty cards is currently not possible, however we are currently looking into other reward systems for our online customers.
  • I have a voucher I would like to use online, how can I do this?"
    The voucher and a letter including name, address, mobile number, and email address must be forwarded by post to The CEO, ROCS Group, Level 1, The Base, St Anne Street Floriana, after which a personalised code will be emailed to you. Kindly keep photographic proof of your voucher and letter when sending these by post.
  • Can I amend my order?
    Unfortunately it is not possible to amend an order after it has been submitted as these are immediately transmitted to our online sales department.
